I originally went to the dealership to look at a truck I had seen online. It looked great in the pictures, but during the test drive the check engine light came on. Instead of trying to sell me a truck with a problem, the salesman immediately pulled it from the lot and stopped offering it for sale. He then showed me a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500. I've always been a Ford fan, so I was hesitant at first. After taking it for a test drive and talking everything over, I decided to give it a chance. The salesman worked with us every step of the way and made sure we were happy before we left. I appreciate their honesty and the way they treated us. They earned my trust, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to buy a truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Absolutely AMAZING! Super SUPER helpful all the way through the process AND then even after!! I always received direct contact with the owner Jared. Who was ready to answer any questions I had (and I had ALOT of questions 🤣) at any point of the day when I called. He helped not only make me feel completely comfortable with the process, but also made sure I understood and that everything was exactly what I wanted. I bought a used 2017 Ram 1500. Needed new tires and he got them replaced with a great set. After driving for a week I was noticing brake issues. Took a look and it needed new pads and rotors. Went back and he apologized said his guys should have done that and wrote me a check to cover the costs. I went ahead and got the added extended maintenance warranty because it was higher mile. I only used it once for a starter before it expired because the truck has had no issues. Great experience, would buy from again.

I was in need of a vehicle bad and I came across this lot online and decided to give it a try. Painless, easy car buying experience. Their slogan was something like "come see how easy it can be when you work directly with the owner" (sorry if I messed that up) and it couldn't be more true. I've dealt with countless other dealers that pull the same old tricks: "wait here while I go chit-chat for 20 minutes acting like I'm making you a deal", "let me take your keys while you sit here and sweat and then make you ask for your own keys back", or my favorite, "let me go talk to the mysterious guy behind the curtain to try to talk him down". None of that happened there - just a good car for a good price. I will be keeping Jared's number and he will definitely be the first (and only) person I contact next time I need a great car. Smithville may be a bit of a drive, but the lack of nonsense you'll find out there is worth it, I promise. Just do yourself a favor and skip all the other bozos; your time and money is too important to waste.
